Coverage Under Warranty

The duration of AMP CONNECT® 's product warranty may vary depending on the country of purchase and the specific product type. Limited Warranty 

AMP Connect guarantees that its products are free from any original defects in both material and workmanship for a specified period commencing from the date of initial purchase. The length of the warranty varies depending on the specific product and can range anywhere from 6 months to 5 years or even longer. Should a product exhibit any defects within the designated warranty period, AMP Connect reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the product as the exclusive remedy for breaching the terms of the limited warranty.

It is important to retain proof of purchase, such as a receipt, as it may be required to initiate a warranty claim. Products must be returned to AMP Connect within 30 days of the product deficiency, accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered.

Obtaining Warranty Service 

To obtain service under AMP Connect's limited warranty, you must be the original purchaser/user of the product and obtain prior approval from AMP Connect Customer Service. Before returning the product, please contact AMP Connect's Customer Service to initiate the warranty service process. AMP Connect may direct you to download and install designated software updates as part of the troubleshooting or resolution process.

Warranty types 

6-Month Limited Warranty:

AMP CONNECT® guarantees that this product is free from material and workmanship defects for six months from the date of purchase, as long as it is used according to the provided instructions. If any defects are found within this period, AMP CONNECT® will replace the product as the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

1-Year Limited Warranty 

AMP CONNECT® guarantees that this product is free from material and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase, as long as it is used according to the provided instructions. If any defects are found within this period, AMP CONNECT® will replace the product as the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

18-Month Limited Warranty 

AMP CONNECT® guarantees that this product is free from material and workmanship defects for eighteen months from the date of purchase, as long as it is used according to the provided instructions. If any defects are found within this period, AMP CONNECT® will replace the product as the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

2-Year Limited Warranty

AMP CONNECT® guarantees that this product is free from material and workmanship defects for two years from the date of purchase, as long as it is used according to the provided instructions. If any defects are found within this period, AMP CONNECT® will replace the product as the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

2-Year (or 3-Year with Registration) Limited Warranty

AMP CONNECT® guarantees that this product is free from material and workmanship defects for two or three years with product registration from the date of purchase, as long as it is used according to the provided instructions. If any defects are found within this period, AMP CONNECT® will replace the product as the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.
